Chairman – PIMA Global

He holds MBA from PIM along with MSc, FRICS, FAIQS, and FIQSSL qualifications. He is the Managing Partner of KAT Project Consultancy in Dubai, UAE, a Board Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, and former Chairman of the Sri Lankan Professionals Association – UAE. With decades of leadership in construction and consultancy, he has played a key role in connecting professionals globally and advancing industry standards while driving PIMA Global’s vision of empowering alumni and fostering global collaboration.

Sudarshi Mendis

Vice Chairperson- PIMA Global

She holds an MBA from PIM along with a BSc in Marketing and is a part-qualified Chartered Accountant. She is the Managing Partner of Lux & Veritas Group in the UAE and Group Vice President of Lux & Veritas International Holding in the UK. With over 20 years of leadership in finance and global business expansion, she is known for driving transformation and sustainable growth while strengthening international business networks.

Mohammed Hafeez Marikkar

Secretary – PIMA Global

He holds an MBA from PIM and MPhil has a professional background in finance, banking, and data analytics. He is the Senior consultant process Re Engineering Development Bank Oman and Managing Director and Lead Consultant at Seylanya and formerly served as Head of Mala’a and Banker at Bank Dhofar. A finance professional with strong expertise in investment strategy, AI, and data-driven decision-making, he contributes to enhancing financial literacy and innovation within organizations.

Pathmasiri Bandula Rajapaksha

Assistant Secretary – PIMA Global

He holds an MBA from PIM and has over 24 years of experience in finance and accounting. He is the Group Finance Controller at Asil Group Holding. A seasoned finance leader, he brings expertise in financial governance, corporate strategy, and risk management, contributing to sustainable business growth.

Nishantha Kankanamge

Director of Finance – PIMA Global

He holds an MBA from PIM along with multiple international accounting qualifications. He is the Finance Director at Ingress Group in Saudi Arabia and has over 25 years of experience across Oil & Gas, finance, and professional services sectors. He is known for strategic financial leadership, governance, and driving organizational growth through strong financial practices.

Dimuthu Ethugala

Assistant Director of Finance – PIMA Global

He holds an MBA from PIM and is a Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka). He is the Co-founder and Partner at Crevaty Consulting and has previously worked at BDO Sri Lanka and KPMG Kuwait. He is a finance and consulting expert specializing in audit, compliance, and strategic advisory, supporting organizations across multiple regions.

Renil Nalawangsa

Head of Events – Global Engagement, PIMA Global

He holds an MBA from PIM and has a professional background in marketing and business development. He is the former Deputy General Manager at Pixcom Technologies. A dynamic marketing professional, he focuses on innovation, partnerships, and community engagement while driving impactful global events.

Dilini Perera

Head of Media and Communication, PIMA Global

She holds an MBA from PIM and a BSc in Business Management. She has a professional background in supply chain, logistics, and procurement, and currently works as a Parts Analyst at Daimler Trucks. Her career includes experience with leading organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline and Hemas Consumer, as well as extensive involvement in spare parts and supply chain operations for Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Trucks across Dubai and Australia.
