The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), established in 1986 by an Ordinance under the Universities Act 16 of 1978, is a self-financed and semi-autonomous body affiliated to the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. It aims to promote advanced education and professionalism in management through the provision of postgraduate instruction, training, research, and development in the various branches of management and administrative studies
Postgraduate Institute of Management Alumni (PIMA) are alumni associations established in each country and consists of graduatants of the PIM MBA program and now residing outside of Sri Lanka. The objective of every PIMA associatuin is to provide Academic and Professional development whilst promoting social engagements and networking opportunities through continuous activities.

PIMA Global is proud to share the success of our 2nd CSR initiative, supporting the “Tears to Smiles” project for flood affected families in Sri Lanka.
Through the generosity and compassion of PIMA Global members, we were able to contribute 109 care packs, providing essential clothing and support to families who have faced significant hardship.
This initiative reflects the true spirit of our community coming together to make a meaningful difference and bring hope where it is needed most.

Proud to share the successful completion of PIMA Global’s 1st CSR Initiative — the Shoe Donation Project at H/ Angunakola Wewa Junior School.
