Pima Global

WHO WE ARE

The PIM, established in 1986 by an Ordinance under the Universities Act 16 of 1978, is one of the eight postgraduate institutes in the university system of Sri Lanka. 

In addition to Sri Lanka, PIM has extended its wings to other countries by establishing PIM campuses in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar in 2007. In 2015 onwards the PIM MBA programme extended to Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Kingdome of Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman and Bangladesh.

Following the launching of the PIMA-Global on 13th Jan. 2023 in Dubai, the first press appearance was made on 27th Jan 2023 with Siyatha TV in Sri Lanka.
Ajantha Premarathna, the coordinator of the PIMA-Global, appeared on Morning Talk of the TV channel with Ramesh Dassanayake, the president of PIMA- Sri Lanka and discussed and explained the progress of PIMA-Global and PIMA as whole.
